What are your hours for the office?

The office is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.

Is there a minimum required time to rent one of your units?

No. Try our month-to-month agreement if you’re unsure how long you will need to use one of our storage units.

When will I be able to access my unit?

You can access your everyday from 5am - 11pm.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

We do offer boxes and other supplies to help with your storage experience.

How much does self storage cost?

What should I ask when comparison shopping?

What are the TOTAL move in fees, including rent and when are these due? How much notice do I need to give prior to vacating? (We do not need any notice, just let us know when you have left!).

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

What is the best way to pack a unit?

Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.
